Wednesday Walk-in Hours for Immigrant Visa questions

American citizen petitioners with unanswered questions about their cases are welcome to visit the Immigrant Visa Unit on Wednesday afternoons from 1:00 to 2:00 pm only. At all other times, the American Citizen Services (ACS) section will refer immigration inquiries to Amman-IV@state.gov. The IV walk-in hours are for American citizen petitioners only. No appointment is necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: Walk-in hours will not be available on Jordanian and American holidays. Walk-in hours will not be available on Wednesdays if Wednesday is the last business day of the month.
All other Immigrant Visa services are provided by appointment only, Monday through Thursday at 7:30am and 1:30pm.
