The following physicians are authorized to conduct medical examinations for immigrant visa applicants. The names are arranged alphabetically and the order in which they appear has no other significance.

When appearing for an examination, you must provide your passport, proof that you are currently under processing at this Embassy, and two passport-sized color photographs.
Cost of Medical Examinations
The following schedule of costs represents the maximum amount which authorized physicians may charge for a given service. These prices are subject to change only with the approval of the embassy. If you believe that a panel physician has charged you more than the maximum authorized amount, please contact the embassy immediately at Amman-IV@state.gov.
Medical Examination (Adult)
Includes chest X-ray, urinalysis, blood work, VDRL, and HIV test
60 JD per person (not including vaccines)
Medical Examination (Child)
Includes urinalysis, blood work, VDRL, and HIV test
35 JD per person (not including vaccines)
Vaccines
Cost to hospital plus 25%
(Note: this is the percentage pre-set by Jordanian Government for the hospital’s profit)
